National Oyster Day is August 5th and as a way to celebrate, Boulder’s Jax Fish Bar & Oyster House is celebrating in style. It also happens to be the establishments 30 year anniversary, and they’re making it an event to remember. This National Oyster Day, August 5th, join them for their 1994 Oyster Happy Hour from 4-6pm with throwback prices. That means $0.50 CrackerJax Oysters, $10 Jax 30th Anniversary Martinis, and more! Since opening their doors, they’ve shucked over 7 million oysters, and on Monday August 5th, they’ll shuck 700 oysters at each Jax location, at 1994 prices to honor this milestone.

Get ready for the fun at High West Oyster Fest 2024 on September 19th, all in support of “There With Care”, an organization whose mission is to offer essential support to families and children during medical crises. Enjoy endless oysters and tasty bites from Jax, along with plenty of refreshing drinks. Don’t miss out on the action- there is an oyster shucking contest and an eating competition! If you love oysters, this is a don’t miss festival.
