Listing consultation
I will tour your home and we will discuss how my team will help you sell your home for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. We will discuss your real estate goals, and review the sales process and local market data to determine a listing price for your home. We will enter into a listing agreement.

Home Preparation & staging
Our team of pros will assist you with preparing your home for sale. This may include a pre-listing inspection, de-cluttering, deep cleaning, making repairs or cosmetic updates, and staging. We will also collect important documents from you about the property and help you review and complete required property disclosures.

PRE-LAUNCH
All of our marketing materials are created. Professional photography, video, digital and print brochures, floor plans, a property website, email campaign, and other advertising is prepared, and we make sure everything is ready for launch day. A sign is installed at your property. Your home is entered in the MLS, which will feed to all the public real estate websites.

LAUNCH DAY!
Your listing is officially “live” in the MLS and online! All marketing is published. Your home is showing-ready and showings begin.

Showings & OPEN HOUSES
Pre-screened Buyers will tour your home with their agent or with someone from our team. We may hold broker, neighbor, or public open houses.

Review Offers
When we receive an offer (or multiple offers) we will review the price and all terms together and negotiate on your behalf to ensure you are getting the most favorable price, terms, and ultimately get to the closing table on time.

Inspections & DUE DILIGENCE
The Buyers will complete their inspections and review property disclosures and other due diligence documents. If they ask for credits or repairs, we will negotiate on your behalf and coordinate repairs if needed.

Appraisal & Title Search
A title search is completed and the lender orders the appraisal. We work with the title company and appraiser to help navigate any issues that arise during this process.

CLOSING PREPARATION
Final repairs are made, boxes are packed, and movers and cleaners are scheduled. We review the final closing numbers and documents with you and prepare for the big day.

CLosing DAY (and cheers!)
The last step! Documents are signed, keys are exchanged, and closing funds are wired to your account. You cancel or transfer your utilities and homeowners insurance, and you make the move to your next home. Our team is still there even after the sale of your home - for whatever you need!
