The Boulder International Film Festival (BIFF) is an annual four-day celebration of cinematic art, bringing together films and filmmakers from across the globe to our vibrant city of Boulder. This year marks the 20th anniversary of this iconic Boulder event. BIFF consistently showcases a diverse array of films, spanning local, national, and international origins, with many of them achieving notable box-office success and garnering multiple Oscar nominations. Notable attendees have included Javier Bardem, Shirley MacLaine, Alan Arkin, Martin Sheen, Emilio Estevez and more, with many of them achieving notable box-office success and garnering multiple Oscar nominations.

Along with showcasing cinema’s best, BIFF is also host to a culinary dream in CineChef, which will take place on February 29th. CineChef is where culinary excellence meets Boulder's rich gastronomic history. There's no finer moment to commemorate Boulder's heritage than by recognizing the beloved restaurants and visionary chefs who've cemented this town's status as Bon Appétit’s Foodiest Town in America. Join them as they showcase eight accomplished Colorado chefs, each presenting their "classic film"-inspired dishes for you to sample and vote on your favorite. The 20th annual Boulder International Film Festival will take place February 29 - March 3, 2024 in Boulder, CO. Tickets are on sale now, and the main venue for BIFF 2024 will again be the historic Boulder Theater in downtown Boulder.
