Local Love: Louisville Street Faire

Summer will be here before you know it, so we’re focusing on Louisville’s Street Faire for this Local Love. For eight enchanting Friday evenings during the summer, Front Street in Historic Downtown Louisville bursts with the vibrant energy of companionship, kinship, and live music. Every second feels sweet as the musicians wrap up the night with their heartfelt tunes. You can practically feel the energy in the air as heels tap, hips sway, and friends reunite in the soft twilight. This spirited celebration is an experience not to be overlooked, and for reasons both mysterious and magical, it unfolds right here in Louisville.

Each week, there is a different performer gracing the stage to delight and entertain, so there’s a music genre all ages can enjoy. Along with musical performances, there are food and beverage vendors, sponsor booths, and it’s all in walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops all around Downtown. The Street Faire runs from 5:30-9:30pm and is located at the Steinbaugh Pavilion, 824 Front Street. Music starts around 6:00.
