First Bite Boulder, Boulder County’s beloved restaurant week, is underway and more abundant than ever.

This year, diners are invited to experience First Bite in a non-ticketed format— all reservations are arranged directly with participating restaurants, of which have tiered-pricing menus crafted specifically for First Bite. The change in structure has expanded the number of participating restaurants— over 30 of Boulder’s most beloved kitchens are involved!

From Longmont to Nederland to Downtown Boulder to Louisville, this annual celebration of Boulder’s vibrant culinary scene can be experienced all over the county, and participating establishments are offering brunch, lunch, and/or dinner this year, catering to the palates and schedules of anyone and everyone from now through October 9th!
